Castlefield Viaduct opens
The ‘skyline’ style viaduct garden created in Manchester city centre by the National Trust has recently opened. They were offering free tickets for August, so I’m looking forward to seeing what they have created in this historic and industrial area.

What am I reading?
I have been re-visiting Noel Kingsbury over the past few weeks – his book called Wild was released earlier this year and is a great read. He promotes nature-based planting schemes with an eco-aware approach. It’s a very inspiring read with amazing photography.
