At White Mosaic we design beautiful, ecologically driven gardens.
During our design process we not only prepare 2D drawings, but once approved move on to 3D renders which with the use of VR can be a fully immersive experience. Our renders show evaluation, use of space to-scale and changing light throughout the day for a realistic feeling of the design.
At our studio, we use virtual reality to bring garden designs to life in a way that traditional plans and 3D visuals simply can’t.
Rather than just looking at a drawing, our clients can step inside their proposed garden and experience the space as though it already exists.
This immersive experience allows you to understand the true scale and proportions of the garden, see how different areas connect, and appreciate how the space will feel from different viewpoints. You can walk through the garden, look towards key features, explore planting areas and picture yourself using the space.
One of the biggest advantages is the ability to experience changing light throughout the day. We can demonstrate how morning, afternoon and evening light will affect the garden, highlighting planting, architectural features, seating areas and entertaining spaces.
VR also makes the design process more interactive. We can explore different materials, colours, layouts and features together, making changes and seeing the impact immediately. It gives our clients a much clearer understanding of the finished garden and, importantly, confidence in the decisions we are making together.
It’s an exciting way to bridge the gap between an initial idea and the finished garden, making the design feel tangible long before construction begins.
