DISCOVERY PHONECALL
First, we’ll discuss your initial requirements over the phone to determine if we’re a good fit. We don’t work with everyone, and we assess the alignment of principles, expectations, and budgets to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We visit your property to learn everything about the existing space, following a comprehensive process of site survey and research analysis to guide our landscape design.
CLIENT BRIEF
We spend time understanding your preferences to form an achievable client brief. We’ll discuss budgets / levels of investment and create mood boards to guide the initial stage of the design process and present case studies of similar project we have completed.
LANDSCAPE AND GARDEN DESIGN.
Sketch Design
Develop an initial sketch design and form study of the new garden, providing a glimpse into how the transformed space might look and feel.
3D Outline Landscape Presentation Scheme
“Transforming the approved sketch design into 3D, providing an in-depth understanding of the heights, form, and scale of landscape features in the new design.”
- Prepare 3D Outline Design drawings for landscape work (including house elevations)
- Advise on appointing other consultants, obtaining planning permission, tree works permission, building regulations approval, or party wall notices
- Landscape MASTERPLAN in 2D.
In Studio Virtual Reality Presentation
Deliver an in studio VR presentation of the new landscape design, offering the most comprehensive understanding of your new design using available technology.
- Set up desktop system and VR headset.
- Present using VR headset, showcasing all exterior elevations and their relation to the new landscape design in stunning high definition.
- Created in conjunction with photorealistic rendering, 3D walkthrough, and 3D Outline Presentation Scheme.
Photorealistic Rendering and 3D Walkthrough
“Explore the landscape design in greater detail, including house elevations, landscape lighting, and surrounding landscape both day and night”
- Create and present Photorealistic Computer Generated Images from approved 3D Outline Presentation.
- Develop 3D walkthrough and videos featuring the new house elevation.
- Produce realistic outdoor lighting presentation.
- Generate high-definition images and walkthroughs of all areas in the new design, including the house elevation, for a comprehensive appreciation of the landscape design.
- Create CGI walkthrough showcasing the design at various times of day and night.
- Developed in conjunction with the 3D Outline Landscape Presentation Scheme.
GARDEN BUILD
We will be your one-stop during your garden build with our in-house team of designers and craftsmen.
MATERIALS / PLANTING
We utilise locally sourced materials as our primary choice, complemented by rare and innovative materials when projects require specific solutions. We select only the finest quality plants, sourced primarily from UK suppliers, and internationally when specialised specimens are needed.
GARDEN / LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE.
We offer a complete garden maintenance and management plan for your new garden and landscape post-completion, ensuring the new garden settles in properly. We conduct monthly visits, checks, and assessments to ensure your garden and landscape thrives and provides joy for years to come.
